Good speakers are storytellers who have led exceptional lives or learned vital lessons from unusual circumstances. They have had to use innovative thinking and draw on reserves of courage, determination and self-belief to succeed or sometimes just to survive. A great  speaker is able to take these life lessons and deliver them in an engaging way that is not just entertaining but also meaningful.   Dr. Sal Martingano is no exception — he works hard, listens well and is in touch with his audience.

Pawns of Change describes my attempt to probe the progressive movement, which currently is synonymous with the Democratic Party. A pawn is a powerful chess piece when used appropriately. The Progressive movement in America has used the black community as a pawn on the chess board of politics to advance its own agenda and “fundamentally change” America. This is a deliberate and malicious exploitation of the community.
